Help me identify this plant

A little more help maybe needed, i.e., bush, flowering, perennial.... #plantid

@lovestogarden you see it. I have had it for 4+ months and it’s just grown upwards. The stems are turning woody at the bottom. Leaves seem to grow in pairs. It seems more bushy than treelike.
