There’s 37 flower stems on this #agapanthus 😮 it’s a good year for them

Wow….. I’ve got three on mine!

I’ve had this one around 15 years. Been in the ground, in a pot. In the ground then back in a pot. It’s been in the pot now for around 5 years and seems very happy @Davidward It’s finding the right place for it to thrive

Thanks Julie….. is it in a sunny spot and do you keep well watered?

It’s in my front which faces west but gets the south sun too from midday onwards. I water it every day this time of year and give it some miracle grow granules a couple of times a year. In the winter I push the pots against the house wall for a bit more protection from the elements @Davidward

The one and only flower on this #african #lily this year. Has always been a great performer in the past with at least 15 flowers #agapanthus

Yes I'd heard similar @debrascott I will give it a good feed and mulch in autumn and see what happens next year 🤗

So grass cut, everything deadheaded and weeded ... time to sit and enjoy ... and notice that #agapanthus needed staking ... done that ... sit down, noticed that the arbour could do with a coat of paint on the seat ... sigh... I'll try and sit down after that if I haven't noticed anything else 😀

I'm same today great weather got loads done but not ticked all my list still cuttings to do but Sunday dinner calls cuttings can wait for thru week I'm pooped 👍😄

@jadojado29 @juliesgarden @LyndaClack @Keely we're all nuts. Thought as I had the paintbrush out, I'd finish painting the remaining fence panel driveway side. Could do with another coat but I fancy a bath now 😀

I keep watering plants now in between cloud n sun, when suns out sit on lounger and fill can when it goes in water pots 😁

Thank you @davenhaze @susieg @fuschia This is in the ground Pearl but it has restricted growth as it's right next to the patio. It worked well for me in a previous garden so tried it again here ☺

Yes, they do like to be "pot bound " so I have been told. They are gorgeous 💜💜💜
