It looks like a variety of mint, maybe apple mint?
It's not basil. I agree with Beck, @mrsflowerpot it looks like a mint of some type. Are the stems a bit square-ish? Have you rubbed and smelled the leaves? That should give it away
Thank you, Beck and Leslie. Yes the stem are square-is with lines but not actually square. Leaves have mint smell but not the common mint smell @mrsflowerpot @lesliecole49
Catmint? I'm not that good at identifying individual mints, just that they're mints! My catmint has a softer almost fuzzy type leaf
