It's Indian Rhubarb (Darmera peltata).

Oh I have this but no sign of a flower yet this year!

Thank you for identifying my plant. I have collected the seed and have sown it so waiting patiently for it to germinate.

I can't believe that the seed has germinated so quickly I could have a load of plants. Wonder how long they will take to make a decent size plant.
