Helianthus annuus

This is what the next one to it looks like:) such a dark color

So it's been open for a few days now and it's so pretty. I don't think it's a normal sunflower though? It's also over 6ft tall now

It's a sunflower bred to have darker petals.

Originally sunflowers were just yellow, but man has tampered with them so we have a few shades in them.. Yellow, orange and red.. Mine were from seeds I purchased at the shop.. And I bought them because I never seen red sunflowers before either.. Lol, a lot of ppl in my family are admiring the color too.. K ☺
