There's new fronds on every shoot of my Areca palm! Rated #1 for producing oxygen indoors, this one is around 5 ft now 😆

Are they easy to care for. I've wanted one for ages but didn't know the full name. That's another plant on my ever increasing wish list 😀😁😊

They are pretty easy @angiecrazycatlady the thing I remembered when researching them was to water them a day after they feel dry and it's always worked keeping it out of direct sunlight and it's good as gold haha (no pun intended on the golden cane palm) hehe 😁

Can anyone #identify what type of mushroom is growing at the Base of my Areca Palm!!? 😂 I walked past it and was shocked to see a White spot in my peripheral 😄

Very happy to see my Areca palm shooting LOTS of new foliage and one of the more mature canes has turned gold! (bottom left) maybe that's why some call it Golden cane palm?
