This looks very much like Ceropegia woodii, a little less ♥️ shaped. It is very nice. Does it hang?

Tehehe! I was about to say the same as @rosegardengirl and then saw that you pre-bought her that size ☺️ @rosegardengirl - be patient. My first cutting took ages to take off, now it has lots of new leaves unfurling as well as tiny spikes that I presume are flowers...?

@katepilki - I killed my first - TWO CUTTINGS! So I bought an established one. I hope it will be more forgiving.

@yollymac I admit I keep mine indoors to improve its chances. SA summer days can get brutal 🥵

Yeah, they produce such tiny little babies! 😄 but they propagate easily 😊
