The flowers, which have 6 sepals up to 5 cms. long, 6 curving stamens, and a stigma with 3 lobes, come in many colours, (not blue) and with speckles, streaks, and stripes of darker colours. 'Orange Supreme' has tangerine-coloured flowers with yellow upper petals and lower petal, streaked with dark brown
