Impatiens is a beautiful annual that provides colourful flowers to enliven beds, borders, window boxes and tubs throughout summer and into early autumn. Impatiens like shade and moisture. If wilted, they quickly recover back into shape after watering. 'Balfourii' is an old-fashioned species. Plants grow approx. 3’ tall & 2’ wide. Very lovely lavender, pink & white orchid shaped flowers appear above lush green foliage all Summer. Likes bright shade, loamy soil, average water. Reseeds prolifically!
