Lemon Balm 'Aurea'

Medicinal or culinary herb with many uses. The crinkly edged and toothed leaves are similar to that of the mint which are in the same family. Can be used for infused for tea, added to fish dishes or in green salads. Melissa officinalis 'Aurea' Variegated produces a lush mound of bright green leaves with attractive markings which have a delicious lemon scent when crushed.
