Lily of the Valley Convallaria Majalis Hoping this grows under the hedge in a shady place. Any advice about how to plant would be appreciated 👍🙏

A beautiful plant but it can be a bit fussy! If it likes an area it will grow like mad and happily spread but it can be difficult to establish. Have you decided whereabouts in your garden you’re going to plant it? 🤔

@jacaranda I was thinking under my hedge its shady there.

Although they like partial shade and moist soil they will grow in drier areas so they should be fine. Just make sure you keep them well watered while they establish as the hedge will take most of the natural moisture from the soil. Good luck! 👍😘
