@Annettenoosa I’ve always wondered what the foliage looks like for Turmeric. Do you use it wet or dry? 🤔😊

@pixierose I use the rhizomes freshly chopped or minced into casseroles, dhal and rice; cold pressed with vegetables or fruit as juice, or in herbal tea. I have not used the leaves but according to my herbal book, they can be dried and reconstituted, or used fresh as a wrap for baked fish/meat or vegetable loaf; young leaves and flowers are steamed and eaten with relish - might give the steamed leaves a try.
