Aruncus dioicus

24 Mar 2019 • I’m not sure if you can see clearly enough just how big this #aruncus is, save to say it defeated even the mattock. For now... #mattock-sculpture #garden-art 😉😂

Me too. Someone once put several piles of balanced stones down by the river next to us. Fabulous! @pelly

We saw Adrian Gray doing one on the beach in Lyme Regis a few years ago, it was amazing 😍😍

This is also called Aruncus sylvester and Spiraea Aruncus - apparently. It brightens up this shady area & looks wonderful at dusk 💚

So glad I saw this Jacqueline. I have the same one and thought it was just a very large Astilbe. It's massive and a present from the birds. I must rename it properly tomorrow 😊👍 You might be interested to see this @rachelbrooks
