Still a bit too wet and windy to get out in the garden, so this is one from the other day ☀️😊 This is the plant that led me to look for an app to store photos of my plants... Little did I know then what a wonderful community I was joining 🥰 #philadelphus-belle-etoile #the-one-that-started-it-all What was yours? 🤔
Windy but not wet here...at the moment🤞. I think mine was my all my plants😄 I wanted to be organised and remember what I was planting and what to do with them!
That was me too Celina, I just know that this was the first as I could never remember which variety it was 🙄 @cee
They're such pretty wonderful flowers 🌼🌼🌼♥️
I love them Christine and the scent is divine 👌 @midnightgardener
Windy, wet and surprising cool is how I'd sum it up, lovely flower 🤍
Same here Mark, and yes I would say it was actually cold today 🙄 Such a contrast to last week ☀️😎😅 @solly1961
My first post was potting up Dahlia tubers after seeing mike the gardeners post on Facebook which lead me to join so pleased I did learnt so much, met some lovely people in person including yourself Jacqui and now have some fabulous long term friends 😍😘
Mine was this time of year too, and was either Sarah Bernhardt or Lady S...who knew we’d make such lovely friends from cataloguing our plants?! And have some of the funniest times x 😘
My reason was because I wanted to create a beautiful garden and I hadn't got a clue where to start!! I can't remember where I found GTags but I'm so glad I did. The help I have had has been immeasurable ❤
I’m so pleased you did Keely, me too 😘 I miss Mike’s regular posts here though... @Keely
Not me! But I have too 😘 Just as well since meeting in person is problematic 🙃 @rachelbrooks

1 Jul 2018 • It must be my #GardenTagsanniversary around now as this was the plant that started it all, the first one I ever posted 💚 #philadelphus-belle-etoile (Might benefit from a prune this summer...)

26 Jun 2018 • #scentsofsummer Summer wouldn’t be summer without the scent of this wonderful shrub wafting over the garden and in through the windows. It’s also the plant that started my love affair with GardenTags as it was the first plant I photographed 😍 #philadelphus
That’s lovely Jacqueline.
Thank you Nicola 😊 @jendren
Sweeet!
It’s one of my favourite plants Kim. My F-in-law grew this one from a cutting and we planted it out shortly before he died, many years ago @kimguy
This is in partial shade Hannah - it only gets morning sun. I’ve never watered it and it never seems to show signs of needing it. There is a larger leafed variety that is a bit less tolerant of cold but I can’t remember its name. Take a look at #smell-o-vision for some other ideas 😊 @HM2T
One of my favourites...... love the smell 💕
Me too Isabel. We had one in the garden when I was a child and I used to make my den under it 😊 @AcornBank
Love this - on Wishlist- used to have one years ago but will now def get another😃💕
A very worthy addition Shona 💕 @sho47

This is the plant that started it all for me. A year ago I took a photograph of it and then went looking for an app where I could store photos of my plants & garden... I just wish GT had smell too. This has just the most gorgeous summer scent that fills the garden. 🎂 Cheers @ukgardentags & to all my new GT friends for a wonderful year! 🍾🥂
Awww. Lovely. It's nearly a year ago since I came on here. Time flies and I wouldn't be without it now @ukgardentags 😍
Happy GT Birthday to you too Sue 🎂 @susanhumphrey333
I have one it fills my patio with its scent.. if only the flowers lasted longer 💓
Thankyou 😊👍
I think I'm about a year in too...🤔🎉🍹🍸🎂cheers 💓
It's amazing how the smell fills the air all round. I guess if it flowered longer we'd just get accustomed to it & it wouldn't be so special. Or something 😉😊 @carmar
Happy GT Birthday to you too Caron 🎂 @carmar
It's beautiful Jacqueline, happy GT birthday. I still haven't looked back for my first photo. Also happy GT birthday to Caron @carmar and Sue @susanhumphrey 😊😊😊
I like that expression Laura. Nice to e-know you too! @columbiariver
It really is Jane. It is covered in flowers & smells heavenly. Thank you & lovely to e-know you (with thanks to Laura!) @pelly
Thanks Jane @pelly, although it might be a little early for me 😘
Come on my little beauties, grow! #propagation #propagation-philadelphus
Do you raise these from cuttings or seeds?
These are freshly taken cuttings Eileen, so 🤞 @emch
Good strike rate?
