Help!! #advice this guy has been inside, outside, more water, less water. It keeps getting yellow and the leaf is ripping. What do I do??

Can you get closer pic of leaf. There could be many reasons for leaves yellowing including pests. Too much Sun can scorch leaves and too little Sun can make them yellow. Soil shouldn't be too wet #advice
