I don't have a clue what I'm doing, but I bought a house from someone who obviously loved the garden. Any advice / tips / help gratefully received :)

Pick them off or get a bug spray. The ultimate bug killer is good x

I'd rather pick them off than kill them @ged. Perhaps I could take them on a little mystery tour?!! 😁

Budleja come in about 6 colours. Cut back hard every year or it will grow into a tree and all the flower will be to high to smell that lovely honey smell

Thanks @pjwbushnell - have I cut this one back hard enough or should I have gone back a bit further?

I go down to about two feet high. And each year it grows to about eight feet. When the largest flower goes to seed, cut it off to let the smaller ones each side grow bigger.
