If you gently pull down a big stalk & give a gentle tug, if it comes away easily then I would say yes. Don't take too much off a plant though just the biggest & strongest that come away easily to begin with. If you don't have enough for jam, crumbles etc... a #rhubarb #curry is fab 😋

I can't quite tell from the picture how long the stalks are, but I usually wait until mine are about 10"long (not including leaves) before I pick mine

Thanks @sharpie44v that's good to know. The stalks are probably around 5" at the moment so I'll give them some more growing time before I tuck in 😉
