Hi @sushiwaitress yes you can. We make delicious cordial / jams and whole flowers used in champagne for decoration after cooked in sugar syrup. Yum.

Rossella Final product after processing. We cut off the base and remove the pod inside . The main unbroken flowers are used to boil on sugar then preserved to make a great addition to Champagne. The broken flowers and base are used to make cordial and jam. The seed pods are kept as they are high in pectin and used for any jam making. They can all be kept frozen until needed.
