Our family planted this fir tree in the first year after buying our house, as a promise never to cut down fir trees for the purpose of displaying them for a few days in the house at Christmas and then chucking out. And here he is, in our garden, growing new shoots with every month, looking wonderful! And, get this, he loves it outside! Whoooa!
