They like to be tightly packed together, touching there neighbour preferably and top of bulbs slightly above the ground @rachelbrooks

Knew about the height bit, but mine probably weren’t squashed enough then! Maybe I’ll give them another go next year. (Threw mine away in the spring! Been waiting 5 years and couldn’t be a*sed any more! 😂)
