I love cooking with lemon balm. But be careful it spreads. I grew mine in a pot and it leapt out and is growing like mad in the flower bed.

I'll put it in a bigger pot, thank you @charlotte I made that mistake with spearmint☺I love it, but it's growing all over, even in the grass, I love it when the mower runs over it, smells so good.

How else do you cook with it? @charlotte

I use it with other home grown herbs. So might chop up lemon balm chives and oregano and mix them together and put it in any dish that asks for herbs.
