Not a native, but I love #lemonbalm because it's excellent infused in green tea.. Besides, it's great for attracting #bees ! I've got edible Damask roses blooming right about now, Deborah, so could you tell me how you make the tea? @latebloomer do you just add the lemonbalm leaves and fresh rose petals to hot water, is that it..? I'd love to try it!

It sure does count! Do you have insulin plant, a costus variety? Its medicinal properties in lowering blood sugar are proven! I have it in my plant catalogue.
