I love lemon balm. But it will spread from pot to land.

Its gets everywhere in my garden I’m always pulling it up 🙄

Hahaha... The one thing I will never need to grow... It's in our irrigation water. Everywhere!

Just easily germinated, I think. Super easy to pull out. But I was cussing it out ‭the first year I lived here, because I didn't know what it was.

@kimmy01 This is one of my favourite herbs 🌿 For anxiety and sleep and also to calm the tummy. Love it 😍

@kimmy01 you can buy it in a tincture or make your own. Also it comes in capsules. I use Valerian as well I buy that though as I don’t know how to make the products. It’s like herbal Valium. Very calming and helps sleep and anxiety also. Great stuff. 😁👍🏼
