Wisteria in our tunnel now has flowers at about 2.5 ft. It looks amazing, unfortunately im unsure of variety. Any ideas? #wisteria #plantid #flower #white
@beckers1974 is she on garden tags. If so get her to post a picture and i will comment on it. The ones we have are very old and have been imported and then maintained by ourselves here at work. They are still not strong enough in the trunk unsupported, so the first bit of advice would be to put in a permanent metal pole for it to be attached and prune them alot, ours look like bonsai when they have no leaf because of pruning. This may reduce the amount of flower in the younger years.

There's a lady asking about how to grow wisteria in pots as standards, can you offer advice please, so I can let her know?

Thanks Craig. Not sure if she's on GT - she was asking in a fb group. I've suggested she signs up here and posts a pic!
They are beautiful 💜👌
I think it might be Multijuga, aka Macrobotrys, Craig. It is gorgeous 💜💚
