All the new growth is a lush green now. Think it enjoyed the rain yesterday.

Living up to its name 🤗
Is your soil acidic? I have to grow mine in pots or the leaves turn yellow 😊
Ive never actually tested it angie, something ive been meaning to do for a while. One thing i have done this time is given them a feed with a liquid seaweed, and sprayed the leaves as well, i think thats done everything good. @angiecrazycatlady

Franks checking out the pieris .
Not sure he looks too impressed. The pot is too tall for him to have a dig in.

The new growth on this variety seems more delicate and a deeper red than the forest flame.

Bit of a question time. Is this pieris lacking in something. Although it looks healthy enough, there's no red on it at all.
Healthier than mine mines yellow and hardly any leaves lol I've put it in a pot to try revive it!!!
Looks fine to me the new growth is red and mine isn't showing any at the moment either. They always benefit from an ericaceous feed at this time of year as well 👍🏼
@justin thanks Justin. A job for tomorrow 👍
