Next question if you could help please. #advice. This tree fern is Alan, he's not very big, he still has stems rather than the tree element. He's in the ground and happy there, would you fleece him over the winter or dig him and put him in a pot.
I've wrapped mine the last two winters Deborah and it's been fine but we're on the south coast and don't get massively cold weather or any major snow. Dave is the tree fern guru and may be able to advise further @davewrightjoinerygooglemail.co 🙂
@DeborahBanks ive moved them before debra, they dont have a big root system so you could get a fork under it and lift it. I tend to over wrap mine, so im told, but ive not lost any yet.
