Euphorbia lathyris

Still wondering what this may be?

I dont know what.it is but years ago in my then garden, I got them coming up every year in different places. I watched them a couple of years. They grew really tall, but did nothing, no flowers or anything and died off the end of summer. I pulled them up then when I saw them coming. Sure I saw them on her and someone said a name begining with E. 😊

@jaynehynesburton .......I've always treated as a weed as it doesn't flower or do anything but does spread :)

With it that had little balls on that used to like explode, they looked similar

@jaynehynesburton @flof1952 Ah non flowering weed...I'd wondered if it might be a wildflower as I'd thrown some seeds in the area I found this.

Help me identify this plant please. I noticed it when weeding and liked the look of it so saved it....is it a weed?
