A type of euphorbia. We have this growing wild on our land and I always pull it out as it’s quite invasive at first I thought it was a weed. I believe it’s good at keeping away moles, which is probably why it’s planted around our home as we are over run with moles. Read it’s also quite poisonous. @Gardeningian
