I had to buy an ornamental onion so I could see the awesome flower since we eat all our regular onions before they flower 😋

And chive blossoms, especially as baby buds, are delicious fried with a tempura batter! 🍽

@KariSamuel I would love to try that, it sounds great! Not to mention we have chives everywhere, they grow like crazy on our property and show up in unexpected places every year 🤭
