This, I believe, is The President! Time will show, if next year will bring the early flowers I vaguely remember from many years ago. I had to cut it down completely for the house reconstruction, and then I just continued hard pruning it every spring while wondering to myself "didn' t it use to flower earlier than this?" 😂😂😂
