My father keeps recommending that I spray to get rid of weeds that self-seed around my paving. I refuse, because more often than not, I end up with happy accidents like this.

They keep popping up quite a few places, so things are getting nice and colorful around here! I pull up what I don't want (dandelions mainly) and things that are in the way, but other than that, I try to let nature surprise me. @richard.spicer.7906 @justin @mariomartins

Well @cschulz02, while growing up I probably didn't listen as much as he would have liked me to. But now, many years later and in my own garden, I'm the boss!

Taken yesterday during one of the brief moments of sun. The record-braking wet summer is back again today. Lucky I live on a hill!

For me it is not much more than selfish complaining, but I hear farmers in the region are in real trouble with their crops failing because of all the wet. Glad to hear you finally got a few drops @gjones !

The wind and sun dried up everything really fast, so I have to admit I actually welcomed a good shower. But now I'm ready for more sunshine, hopefully tomorrow @gjones @daisy-jane
