We’re at full fireworks now!

That's incredible looking Mona!💘😍

Wow

Thanks @ShelleySnyder and @lydiastirling. On a day like today, it simply takes my breath away. Too bad I have to go to work tomorrow, because I don’t think I am done staring at it.

Very welcome! I can't blame you for staring!💘😍

😍😍😍

Stunning.

Mulch! My «firewood guy» came through again! This year, instead of him dropping off a few bags after the wood was delivered and stacked, we decided to drive a hanger to his place. He got rid of some of his waste material, and all my rhodo’s got a generous layer of mulch!

They seem late this year. Just the two on the edge so far, and I keep waiting for the explosion of clashing colors once they all get going.

I kind of feel like I should be going to jail for this...

No jail, Mona! Your plant will thank you for thinning her out 😍👍

😄 #thinningout #rhododendron

My kids immedeately asked if they could build a secret hideaway under there.... Nope, just for birds and hedgehogs! (I know the neighborhood cats will go there too and although that's ok, they aren't invited.) There is lilly of the valley already growing under my rhodo trees (I get to call them trees now, don't I?), and I plan to add wood anemones too. @jacaranda @lovestogarden

My view this morning. Have a great day, everyone!

Gorgeous, well done!

Looking great Mona 👌🏼

Beautiful view!!💘😍

Full of flowers 😘😘😘

Thanks everyone @ulrikagustafsson @richard.spicer.7906 @BillWatson @ShelleySnyder @muhammadabbas I keep my garden mostly green, trying to maintain a calm and quiet look (inspite of the absolute crowdiness in my borders), so such a burst of color may seem out of character. But I'm ok with that!

Very welcome Mona!💘😍

Wow that's stunning ❤️💜💖

What a beautiful show 😍😍

Wow Mona! That's beautiful!!💘😍

Thanks @farmora @BillWatson @riakat @ShelleySnyder @gjones @columbiariver . Although it happens every year, even I get surprised at just how much color there is!

I know what you are saying! I also am amazed at times! Nature is so amazing!!💘😍

Gorgeous!! 😍😍

The frost on the railing makes me think of magnetized metal dust.

Brrrrrrrr!!💘😍

Very nice 👍🏼 you too

It is both a shame and a blessing that the 12 rhodos along this walk don't flower at the same time.

This is the "younger" rhodo border, on the other side of the garden. It still has quite a bit of growing to do, but it has really come along nicely.

See what I mean? This is the view from the top deck. You can definitely see flowers peeking over the fence. Next year, just imagine next year's view!!!

According to the calendar, tomorrow is the first day of summer. This year, my rhodos have finally grown so tall that I can enjoy the flowers from the top deck as well.

Beautiful display

Think you should take a leave and stay home and enjoy!

I agree Elin. This time of year, all employers should award extra days off dedicated to enjoying the garden! @elinod

😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

I'm really pleased with it @gjones . They appear to be quite happy here.

Superb! You must be so proud 😊

The show is perhaps a bit late this year, but always worth the wait.
OH absolutely Mona ..beautiful… hows the hip?😘
@juliesgarden thank you for asking, most days I even forget I had surgery at all - everything works as it is supposed to, and I am just amazed that it is possible to fix something like that!
That’s great news 😊
