#titchyfrawishlist do you think these would like a clay soil @mikethegardener @faeflowers it doesn't pool with water- it does drain well and would be west facing

I'd give it a go @titchyfra 😊 needs free draining moisture retentive? Add grit if worried and they like the sun even though it says partial shade my soil is too free draining very sandy so I've planted in east facing border and fingers crossed! Also added compost etc just for good measure 😄

Partial shade is even better as the other side is east facing @faeflowers will keep eye out for reduced plants should it not work!!

I think you'll do fine with them @titchyfra just googled and tolerates most soils just doesn't like feet in water for long periods your clay will be full of nutrients so they should romp! If not I'm already dividing... 😄😄😄
