Gosh all the foilage for weeks on end. The stalks appear and they take weeks to grow and then the bud takes weeks to grow petals, the flower had better stay for weeks too 😂 Very pretty, @sieveheadsarah you was right 😁

Aren't they just fabulous Linda 😀 and the developing flowers are really interesting as they change and the Bees just love them!! This year I've decided not to deadhead, as last year I didn't get a second lot of flowers, I'll collect some seeds and leave the rest for the finches.

Definitely worth it, I have two small ones growing from seed I collected last year, also wait until they've properly dried out on the plant, the year before last I thought i'd cut the finished flowers and let them dry out, it didn't work 🙄
