One of my various opuntia cacti.. this one is easier to dethorn. Sometimes I wish a machine existed to dethorn them because I eat them so often 😊 #succulent

@marlynroses Haha I feel like my hands have built a resistance because I don't use gloves now to dethorn 😂 if I ever build a machine I'll send you one though 😂 I swear its my favorite vegetable though.
@KariSamuel I just made some today, I dethorn them and then dice them as you would potatoes.. then I mixed in potatoes, garlic, onions, chilis, and some oil. One of many recipes though , but that's one of my staples

@brightcolours I dont have many Opuntia but I would eat the fruit if I did! My fruits are for seed production as I like to produce interesting Hybrids!
