I found a single ear on the ground and put it in my backpack and forgot about it for 3 or 4 months in my bag! When I rediscovered it, I put it out in the sun for a week and then planted it. A few months later, at the beginning of the Summer it started growing! It has now quadrupled in size and grown 2 new ears. The miracle of cacti!
