Prompted to bring this in following a conversation here this morning... should have done this before now really ☺️

Wow! This looks huge! 💘😍

It was a very diddy little chap in May Shelley... it's come on beautifully.. I'm hoping I don't kill it over winter .. need to find a cool spot @ShelleySnyder

Wow! I think it likes you!!💘😍

Well it did but I have a habit of killing them off over winter !!! @ShelleySnyder

👏🏻👏🏻 Mine manage well enough in the house, though they do go green until they get back out into the sun 💚🖤💚

You must have the magic touch Jacqueline 👍 the leaves always start dropping on mine .. I'm thinking of trying out the greenhouse this year as Monte put his there on Friday ? @awomanonabike

Some of the bottom leaves do drop off but it doesn't seem to do them any harm. Our house is quite cool! Is your greenhouse heated?

Reassuring to know your leaves drop too, since we got insulated house is quite cosy ... do you water at all during winter ? Monte mumbled something about just being Frost free ? My greenhouse isn't heated but I am tempted to get a heater 🤔 @awomanonabike

Funnily enough we have just got the house insulated too and I'm wondering how happy they will be as house is a lot cosier. I have just ordered a small greenhouse heater to keep the frost off but not sure about how effective/£ it will be 🤔 I give them a little water every 10 days or so, though I don't water the other succulents at all so not sure why I water these 🤔🤔🤔

I do normally water a bit just like you but I have a feeling they prefer to be dry over winter, I think I need to do a bit more research on this I really don't want to lose this one ☝️ if I come across any groundbreaking info I'll pass it on @awomanonabike 😊

Thanks Sam. I've had mine since I bought the original one about 10 years ago at the wonderful (& now private) Jura House garden. I might keep one in the house & water it and put the other in the greenhouse and let it dry and see which does better. Jane may be interested in this conversation too @pelly

Thanks Hayley got this at the national garden show when it was teeny weeny .. happy outside for the summer before I put a hex on it for the winter ❄️ never seem to be able to bring them through 🤔 @hayleyaj

Mines doing fab outside on my shelves, it was a teeny baby too but had shot up now in the sun! 😃
Love these.😊
Was getting too cold in the greenhouse so moved into the hallway.. seems happier 🙂 #succulentsunday
@hayleyaj this is mine Hayley not growing but not losing too many leaves now 👍
Looks fab! Can't wait for mine to grow additional blooms, they were babies this time last year. 😄 @icedance
Thanks Hayley this was a diddy one last year but already had offshoots @hayleyaj
