Morning, hope the sun is out wherever you are. In March I chopped top off (top right)as slugs were eating it and it looked a bit tatty. In April, tiny shoots (bottom right). I then added some previous cuttings to base and this it today #succulentsunday 🌞 if you want to take cutting just remove a 'flower' from top and put into gritty compost and they take so easily- these cuttings are around the base of this plant now. #advice #aeonium

I think that must be how they go over Winter with shrivelled up flowers as mines done same for last 4 years 🤔
