I never seem to be able to get Heather to reflower

I’m not sure what I can attribute the re flowering to Jason. I water it intermittently and put it in a very shaded position in readiness for the heatwave. When I returned from holiday it had flowered. Delighted but not sure why. Maybe it needs to be in a more shaded position than I normally have it in 🤔 @hebelover

They just act like an annual for me 😂 Flower once, then never again, have a decent sized one in a pot, flowered just after I bought it 3yrs ago and that was it

Well I may find the same yet. I only bought mine early spring. Rammed quite a few in a pot…I can’t see any compost they’re so densely packed. This may be a one-off complete fluke 😂 @hebelover
