Lonicera japonica 'Hall's Prolific'

Newly planted Honeysuckle doing well 😁

That's pretty I have 3 and they are all supposed to be highly scented but I have to get right up close to smell anything and flowers are few and far between, I wonder what I'm going wrong 😕

Help me identify this plant please 🙏🏻its about 3ft tall growing from the border and up the fence. Sorry not much to go on ☺️
