There seems to be "runners" or "roots" coming from the plant. I'm not sure if I should repot this plant as I have had it for 2 years and it has flowered both years, but looks pot - bound now. I would appreciate any advice. Thank you.

@janhickson Hello Janice and welcome. Don't worry about the roots. The aerial roots it is something normal, especially for Phalaenopsis. Keep the plant as it for the moment and repot it when the flowers spikes dry naturally.
Thank you Christos - this week the flowers are starting to droop and dry off. I would like to repot it before next spring though. It's "home" has been my bathroom window for the last 2 years and has flowered each year.
