I’d go for hosta too. They have that hairy bit round the bud from last year’s leaves. Mine have begun to sprout, though suspect they won’t do much more for a while given the temps have plummeted ❄️❄️❄️
The warm spell we had last week probably pushed them forward. Everything is a bit ahead of where it should be at this time of year. Most of my perennials have woken up by now.

Its not a hosta jayne is it, or prehaps bleeding heart, ive got a couple of those sprouting, that look simular.

I think it's hosta. I don't grow them myself but I vaguely remember they look like this when they produce new growth.
