Thank you Rula. Almost daily check ups have helped, removing the pesky things when I see them. Greenfly seem to be the biggest pest here this year so far, although not on these I'm glad to say! 💚 @sabbanrula

Oh those are terrible and a bit selective in their tastes. I hope you win the fight against them 💪🏻⚔️. My worst and newest enemy this year is locusts. One mature locust could devour a few whole plants 🙈 cheers fellow garden-warrior 😄

Fortunately for us, we don't get them here, but I know what devastation they can cause 😱 You're right about how selective greenfly are. Their attention seems mostly focused on edible crops such as chilis, cucumbers & aubergines in the greenhouse. As I hope to eat the produce eventually, I don't want to spray them with anything more than soapy water. It only has limited effects though 😏 @sabbanrula

I know what you mean, I hate when you feel your hands are tied. But I hope they decide to leave your edibles alone 😢

Well, today I found a biological solution. I found a ladybird larvae eating greenfly on a datura plant, so I promptly sent it in a little buffet holiday to a chilli plant with many greenfly on it! 😁 @sabbanrula

Oh that must have been a great change for it. A five star buffet of greenfly 😆 I hope it does the trick 🍀🤞🏻

Cheers Rula, it was still, there today on the same plant with far less greenfly! So, it's certainly working it seems 🐞 @sabbanrula
