Elaine. Are these dahlias ready for over wintering? Are the leaves blackened enough? We haven’t actually had a frost but it’s been cold at night @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom

Yes Nichola they are and look like they want chopping back...👍🏼

Thanks Elaine. More destruction! @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom

#tubertuesday My dahlias. All grown from seed this year. Very pleased. They’ve given me a great display.

Really lovely, Nicola💕

@jendren ..an amazing show! I’ve never grown Dahlia from seed, you really have inspired me to try. Thanks Nicola 💕

Oh he makes me smile every day Elise! @auricula

Best one for me is that little cute white one in the middle....😘😉

Now that one I didn’t grow from seed 😂😂 @Jasonsparkes1 @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom

@jendren are you sure....🤣

Would have been a darn sight cheaper if I could have Elaine @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom 😂😂

Beautiful collection Nicola 🙂 @jendren

Wonderful collage.

Grown from seed brilliant! And saved a few bob 👍

These border dahlias keep on giving. I grew them from seed - will they produce tubers I can overwinter?

They should do. The ones I grew last year did but they weren’t much good. They were too soft

Thanks Faigie. I’ll see what happens @librarian

You would think they’d all look the same way ....I’ve got some like that..

Variety is the spice of life Elaine What’s really cheering me is is my giant sunflower which is about 8 feet tall and is looking over my neighbours garden 🤯 @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom
Dahlias on display 💛💜🧡❤️💚🤍
A nice collection there Nicola
Thanks Alan! @alan1111
