This is what happens when you let a lettuce bolt! I call it the Pagoda 😂. Looks like buds hiding inside. Might get seeds.

Monty says the leaves are bitter once they’ve bolted. But I’ve picked some and they were fine @charlotte

@Jendren evening I've just but some some of this gem lettuce in a new pot because some one gave it me but it doesn't look very good will it pick up:)
