I too had seed pods on Lily. Beauty of it being on plant is very different other than you collecting seeds

Lilies are easily done with bulb scales. Must remember many plants are prohibited to be propigated. You may make more for yourself but no sharing. People make a living breeding beautiful plants for us. Royalties are how they get paid. When you allow to go to seed takes energy away from flower production

The seeds don't retain viability long, so it's best to plant them soon after collecting or purchasing them to ensure the best germination rate. Fill a 4- to 6-inch-deep pot with a sterile potting soil. Set the pot in a shallow pan filled with water. Sow the seeds about one-fourth inch deep and about two inches apart.

Place the pot in a location with six to eight hours of direct sunlight or place it under fluorescent grow lights for 12 to 14 hours daily. Maintain a temperature near 70 degrees. Water the lilies when the soil surface feels dry.
