We’ve just recently moved house and this plant is growing all over our garden we are wondering if anybody is able to help us identify what it is

Welcome to GardenTags, I think your plant may be umbrella papyrus?

Thank you for commenting on what you think this plant could be but unfortunately It’s a wild plant that has spread across the garden. It started off as just one now it’s multiple across the garden, we don’t have a pond or live near one and after looking at adolescent and mature versions of umbrella papyrus it doesn’t seem to be the same one.
