You never know what colour your foxgloves are when you do so many each year loving this pure white one 😍 still sat in garden with a nice chilled wine just bliss loving sunshine, despite all watering going on 😍

You can tell which ones will be white if you look at the stems and veins, they show no sign of pink.

Good idea I definitely need to get some again! The leaves take up so much room though, do you disguise them with other plants 🤔

@Denise16 I don't disguise them but when they go over I do nicotiana from seed cut the foxgloves right back and put the nicotianas in as close to them as I can, mine are right at back of border so probably highest plant I've got in garden come early summer, then late summer the nicotianas start to flower too so they replace the gap 😁

@jpea I don't know think these might be white! You can tell colours of a foxglove by leaves would have to look closer at them when I prick them out for next year so if u want some you will be more than welcome as there is far too many for me and I have loads of foxglove seeds yr welcome to both pink or white

@bigemrg I think my weigela is sheltering mine Ian and they are last years that have come up again so have strong roots on them my new ones aren't quite budding yet probably a blessing as no doubt would have ended up same as yours its such a shame when you watch them grow to be taken down in such a short space of time! So much for flaming June think we can use the word "flaming" in a different context this yr 😣😣

Foxglove seeds about the only seeds i don't kill!! Sown 16.06 and showing there little leaves, hope there isn't about 60 again as had to get mum to help pot them up last year and give all street some by time we had finished , I always do too many lol 😁

You'll have to give some away to some bloke on GT who lives near you! :D lol!

Might be a stupid question but how do you collect seeds from foxgloves?

@samanthalander you save the stems n dry them out then shake them into an envelope loads of seeds 😊

They can be self seeding too, it's a beauty 👌🏼👒

@keely Gosh you are so far ahead down there. My foxgloves are still just leaves. In fact I still have daffodils and tulips just coming out. Mad upside down gardening. 😀😬😁😂

@angipangi Mo I cant believe the differences from one end if country to another, a bit more sunshine n feed and full length should be out just a few open at bottom at min, but seen some southern ones which are in full bloom, makes me want to push them on, im just digging dafs n primroses out to put summer stuff in today to get established 😁
