@pelly it’s amazing how fast it turned some flowers to mush. Peonies always look far more robust than they are 😐

We had the rain overnight but the storms that changed the weather from hot to cool (7 degrees tonight) was just a few sprinkles. Someone else must have had a downpour. Need to water tomorrow 🤷‍♀️

It sure does. I was so hot yesterday and this morning I went for bloodwork and I was cold with a coat on. Only got to the teens today. Warming up but rain from Friday to Sunday. Yikes 😧😧 Well we will not need to water. 🤷‍♀️ @kez001uk

I am ok thanks Kerry. They just check my blood sugar once a month. So far so good. I think we have a day or two this week we can get out and do some gardening. After that it will be indoor work. Blah. 😔☹️😫

Thanks. How true. I spent years trying to keep my house as clean as my Mom’s was. I wish I had gotten into gardening years ago. It would have been so therapeutic for me. Well I am now and that is what matters 👍😍

That is what it looks like. They are attracted to that sweet syrup and as they peel the covering over the bud off to get at the sweet treat they help open the bud. Ants help your lovely buds open up. 👍💕

@midnightgardener I think mine is much like yours, foliage is great but lacking in flowers. Just the one bud on these but could be where I mulched them they’ve been buried too deep. They’re not an easy one to get right 😫
