It looks like it might be underwatered. I've lost a bunch to underwatering because I was afraid of OVERwatering. I'd give that pot a good bottom-watering for 2-3 hours and then let the water drain out. It'll probably take 4-6 weeks to recover -- I recovered two from this situation and it took about that long.
